"You made the toughest job my best job in the world. I was at a point when I just wanted my kid to either go to daycare or outside so I can have time without him before I saw your course and now I love him around me and wanna play with him more as I am enjoying parenting" - Priyanka, USA

"Before finding Lisa I was so focused on discipling and spent most of the day yelling and wanting to escape my kids. After taking the 5 week course, I am enjoying my kids-playing and laughing more while still focusing on unwanted behavior." - Stephanie, Canada

Perks to Becoming a Parenting Leader

Respect

Talking back, whining, attitude ... these are all signs that we need to work on our leadership skills.

This isn't about being a parenting authority; parenting leaders understand the importance of giving respect to their kids in order to get it in return.

Fun

I always say a kid's love language is fun. Dealing with bad behaviour is a tiny part of all of this.

The foundation of leadership parenting is built by having fun with your kids. It's about learning how to play and connect with your kids in their world.

Connection

Let's be honest, if you're constantly spending your time trying to address the constant stream of bad behaviour, where is the space for connection?

Parenting leaders deal with the bad behaviour, but it's temporary, and then you can go right back to connection.

Structure

When you don't even know where to start, the overwhelm can be dizzying.

We're covering the routines and strategies parenting leaders need to have in place to add structure and joy back into their daily life.

What if I'm not a leader in my personal life?

I believe anyone can learn how to lead children.

If you're not a basic leader in your personal life, that has nothing to do with parenting children.

For example, in my personal life, I'm very much a follower. I don't like leading. I don't want to decide where I'm going to go for dinner, I don't want to decide what I'm doing on the weekend, I want someone else to do all that.

But I'm a leader when it comes to parenting.

Can I do the bootcamp with a packed schedule?

I designed this five-week online course to be broken down into bite-sized lessons and sections to seamlessly fit into your busy life.

Is it too late to start?

Definitely not! It's time to let go of that parenting guilt and focus on the future; what you can do today and tomorrow to be the best parent possible for your kids.
