Examples of Consequences
The consequences are split into two categories: positive actions and negative deprivations. You start with the positive actions, and only resort to the negative deprivations if they refuse to do the positive action within the time allotted.
Examples of positive actions include picking up 10 toys within 15 mins of being asked to do so or clean the bathroom sink within 15 mins of being asked to do so. Examples of negative deprivations could be no screens (media blackout) or no favourite toy (excluding comforting toys like a stuffy they sleep with) for 24 hours.
